Working for a Fortune 10 company is often rewarding but frequently stressful. I was feeling overwhelmed, attempting to find that mythical work-life balance while the world battled COVID-19. It was Sudha, with her deep and genuine desire to help, that brought order to my chaos. After conducting an initial Wheel of Life assessment, it was evident on which areas I needed to focus. With Sudha’s help, we methodically mapped out a plan of baby steps to tackle the challenges with my career, health, home, aging parents and personal relationships. Having Sudha as my stress coach, checking in on my progress each week, I didn’t want to disappoint her. Yes, I was doing the work for myself but having her as my cheerleader, motivating me to make even just a 1% change gave me renewed energy. She is persistent but not pushy. Her words are positive and encouraging, and she makes you think of life in new and positive ways. Whether it’s considering meditation, writing in a gratitude journal, eating in a mindful manner, trying Bollywood dancing as exercise, or simply going through that ridiculous pile of junk mail, Sudha has helped me find joy in my life. Yes, there are still curve balls that get thrown my way, but I feel much more resilient and better equipped to battle the daily challenges. As a result, I’ve lost 10 pounds, I get in 12,000+ steps per day, I do exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise, I manage (finally!) 7 hours of sleep each night, my home is much more de-cluttered, and I’m able to stay calm and focused at work (no more brain fog!), even taking on new projects with a sense of enthusiasm rather than dread. I have Sudha to thank for my progress. Without her as my accountability partner, I wouldn’t have managed this much change in such a short timeframe.

Sudha Gopal is a motivator and an inspiring health coach. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, encouraging, and very committed to her work and her clients. She finds strength in every person and makes lifestyle changes easy, by empowering her clients.
