These could be symptoms of stress. Stress comes from our thoughts and reactions to situations. While our bodies are designed to deal with short bouts of stress, continued or prolonged stress can take its toll on our physical and mental well-being. Stress manifests in physical ailments like digestion issues, eating disorders and obesity, cardiovascular issues, as well as cognitive and behavioral issues – like anxiety and depression.
